How Colourful Twist are protecting you, during these times.
At Colourful Twist Entertainment we continue to prioritise the health and safety of our customers, contractors and their families during this unprecedented health crisis. We remain vigilant following the advice of the Australian Department of Health and the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services recommendations.
Like many people in Australia, we know you may have concerns about COVID-19, so we would like to take a moment to share the existing and added measures we have in place to maintain exemplary standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Until further notice, we are omitting ALL services for ALL upcoming and future bookings. When we are allowed to open for business again, it is highly likely that we'll still bide by the below cautionary guidelines.
We will only accept bookings with a maximum of 20 attendees (children and parents included)
The entertainer will be required to keep a 4 metre distance between ALL children and adults. In the event that this request can not be adhered, please read our entertainment alternatives below
We encourage children not to share balloons. Your entertainer will speak to the children and adults before the handing out of balloons
When playing games, we keep our hands to ourselves and keep a safe distance from one another. Your entertainer will make this clear to the children and parents before the commencement of the games
Our entertainers will have sanitized hands and will continuously reapply throughout the duration of hire
But what if my party can not adhere to these terms and conditions?
Your entertainer can pre-make the number of balloons required for your party and deliver them before the party's starting time. Children still experience excitement when the balloons are brought out for them to play with and if they've remained in tact, can still be taken home to enjoy. If you’ve decided to go forward with the party and this sounds like an idea that would be of interest to you, please enquire to see how we can make your child's party extra special during this challenging time.
Payment and cancellation terms:
To secure, full payment must be paid at the time of booking
In the event of a cancellation by Colourful Twist or the customer, 40% of your booking deposit amount is non-refundable nor is it transferable
Within 21-28 days (3-4 weeks) or more, a full refund (excluding 40% of the booking deposit amount) will be provided
Within 14 days (2 weeks) the 40% deposit amount will be retained plus 10%. The remaining booking cost will be refunded
Within 7 days (1 week): Full booking cost will be retained.
We are operating day by day so when advice from the Australian Department of Health and the Victorian Department of Health and Human Services update recommendations, we will ensure you are informed of any changes involved with the way we conduct business.
